|
Paradise
Park
|
 |
A
delightful picnic area set in semi tropical surrounds.

Take a walk to the "Eye of the Needle" formation, where
two rocks have joined together leaving just enough room for a
person to walk through. |
 |
Then find your way to an amazing lookout that takes in the town
as well as surround farm land. |
|
 |
This
is also a great place to just sit and relax in the amazing

and wombats just some of the wildlife that call Paradise Park
home. |

Murrurundi Heritage
Walk
|
 |
When Murrurundi was
settled in early 1800’s and
because Murrurundi is one of the grand old ladies of rural NSW the
whole village is heritage listed. |
 |
Many original old
buildings, cemeteries and businesses exist. |
 |
Our wonderful “heritage
walk” will take you on your tour through the town
and take you back in time. |
 |
This
walk offers the history behind the towns buildings and their
historic significance. It gives the background of the town, and
it's buildings origins. Available from the Visitor Information
Centre, this walk is a must for history lovers. |
